  4. 1/4 c. butter
  5. 1 T. sugar
  6. 1/2 t. salt
  7. 1 c. water
  8. 1/2 c. white cornmeal
  9.  
  10. 1/2 c. flour
  11. 3 eggs
  12. hot oil
  13. 1 c. sugar
  14. 2 tsp. cinnamonBoil first four ingredients.  Remove from heat and add
  15. cornmeal and flour.  Cook over low heat about 1 minute until ball
  16. forms.  Let stand 5 minutes.  Add eggs one at a time and beat
  17. well.  Heat oil to 375 degrees.  Pipe 5 inches of dough from a #6
  18. tip into oil and fry 1-1/2 minutes per side.  Drain.  Coat with
  19. sugar and cinnamon
